Exciting Technical Support position in an innovative biopharmaceutical company. This role will be part of the IT department and supporting IT and the company as we establish a larger in-house presence in IT and grow the services provided, the infrastructure, and IT frameworks for the future.
The position will be focusing on supporting users as issues arise locally and remotely, managing software accesses, hardware configuration, IT infrastructure such as networking and printers, as well as much more.
Nykode also has a laboratory environment with IT equipment which is also in scope for the role. The Technical Support position will primarily be covering first and second line support, and local IT.

The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- Monitor and act on IT ticketing system, mailboxes, and chat
- User management, creation, deletion, and accesses
- User support, first line or second line depending on issue
- Administrate central software, including user management and support
- Manage IT hardware, support, ordering, configuration
- Participate in Change management
- Participate in Incident management
- Participate in IT and company projects
- Miscellaneous local IT support
- Support Office manager
The role will report to Director Head of IT
Experience:
- Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint)
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
- Computer hardware
- General software user management
- Working within Change and Incident management systems
- 2 years + experience in an IT Support or equivalent role
